Why Indian Banana?
Cavendish Bananas are the most popular cultivars of bananas in the Maharashtra. At 70-80% maturity, Cavendish banana is yellowish-green and a rich source of vital vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates and minerals. The fruit ranges from 39mm to 48mm thickness, 18cm to 21cm length, and weighs 150± gm. For post-harvesting, the fruit is washed thrice, air-dried, packed and pre-cooled at regulated temperature and humidity, we are top exporter and supplier for green banana.
